Conducting interviews with participants in the dialysis wage support program, which aims to encourage private sector establishments to employ kidney failure patients and keep them in business, to achieve the following:
- Hearing from them about the platform and their overall experience
- Improving the platform and identifying the challenges they face
- Adding services that benefit parents
