Firas Abdulaziz Aba Al-Khail

Mr. Feras Abdelaziz Aba Al-Khail works as the Deputy General Manager for Business since 2020A.D

His management leads the development and management of the strategy, plans and working procedures of business sector in conformity with the Fund’s strategy, and to coordinate it with all concerned bodies.

• He leads the development of a strategy to achieve the targets of the Fund’s programs, deliver the impact, increase the number of beneficiaries of the Fund’s programs and services and enhance their satisfaction.
• He leads the design of a strategy for developing the Fund’s works in conformity with the targets of economic sectors and private sector requirements.
• He leads the development of medium and long term plans to increase the efficiency of the Fund’s programs as well as the channels that provide the Fund’s services.
• He ensures the effectiveness, transparency and fairness of the programs and services provided by the Fund and confirms its ability to achieve the goals.  

Mr. Feras Abdelaziz Aba Al-Khail has practical experience since 1999 in change management, strategy, marketing, business development and customer experience in a number of bodies of public and private sectors as well as various business sectors such as industry, communications, transport and entrepreneurship.

Mr. Feras Abdelaziz Aba Al-Khail obtained Master Degree in International Marketing, University of Strathclyde, United Kingdom as well as the Bachelor Degree in Marketing, King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals.

Mr. Feras Abdelaziz Aba Al-Khail completed advanced training courses in building customer-centered organizations, IE University, Spain as well as the High-Performance Leadership Program, IMD Institute.
