Eng. Mohamed Abdulrahman Al-Mehaimed works as the CEO for Transformation and Strategy since 2020A.D

His sector leads the development and update of the strategy of the Fund as well as the approved rules and procedures of the future strategy and oversees the establishment of the Fund’s goals and strategic performance indicators for all sectors in order to achieve the Fund strategy and contributes to achieving the targets of the Kingdom Vision 2030 as well as the emanating operational programs. He oversees the adoption and development of tools for measurement and management of corporate performance.

The sector shall ensure the harmonization and alignment of the outcomes of current strategic programs and initiatives at the organizational level and with regard to the future strategy of the Fund as well as the projects management process which are implemented by the sectors of the Fund. In addition, it leads the institutional excellence and development in terms of the Fund’s works and services provided as per the best global practices through the development of policies and procedures as well as its standards and main performance indicators and adoption and application of institutional change management concepts for achieving the Fund’s strategy and required institutional results along with building possible strategic partnerships of the Fund’s works within the human resources system in the Kingdom.

Eng. Mohamed Abdulrahman Al-Mehaimed has long experience up to 15 years at the level of both public and private sectors in various bodies which made him gain necessary experience, skills and knowledge during his career:

1.     General Electric 2008- 2020: Eng. Mohamed held a range of positions throughout a period of 13 years of work in the company, and progressed up the career ladder in the following positions: Field Engineers Program, Field Engineer/ Site Manager, Customer Service Manager, Customers Development and Growth Leader, Chief Operation Officer, Chief Operation and Projects Officer, Chief Strategic and Development Initiatives Officer and finally the Chief Service Unit Officer.

2.     Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF), CEO for Transformation and Strategy since 2020A.D

Eng. Mohamed Abdulrahman Al-Mehaimed obtained Bachelor Degree in Aerospace Engineering.
