- If the trainee does not respond, the trainee should be formally directed to withdraw from the training opportunity by the organization.
- If the trainee does not withdraw, the organization shall submit an exclusion request in the system, attaching all notifications along with all supporting documents that prove the reason for the exclusion.
- The request will be reviewed and processed, and the fund has the right to accept or reject the request. The reason for rejection will be explained to the organization if the request is denied. The organization cannot prevent the trainee from attending until the exclusion request is approved in the system.
Exclusion must be for one of the following reasons:
- Misconduct.
- Committing serious violations.
- Damaging the organization's property.
- Forging documents and disclosing confidential information.
- The trainee obtaining a job or registering in social security systems.
- Not adhering to attendance and departure times during working hours in the organization.
- The trainee refusing to carry out the assigned training tasks.
- Absence for two consecutive or non-consecutive months (for two preparation courses) exceeding 10%.
- Withdrawing twice.
- No actual training taking place at the facility.
- Training and work being conducted remotely.
- Inaccurate information provided by the trainee registered in the system, including but not limited to: education, phone number, name, etc.
- Non-cooperation in filling out any surveys or responding to communications from the Fund.

- Specialization mismatch with the nature of the opportunity (incompatibility between the nature of the opportunity and the trainee's specialization).
- Trainee's absence at the training site, taking into consideration the nature of the training opportunity.
- The training opportunity does not comply with the product's conditions.
- The trainee is currently benefiting from the On-the-Job Training Program.
- Training on two opportunities simultaneously in the same period.
- Violation of any or all conditions or terms of the product by the trainee.
