A comprehensive digital service designed to support beneficiaries and enhance their satisfaction by efficiently and flexibly receiving and handling complaints, reports, inquiries, and suggestions in the shortest possible time, through an integrated unified system.
The service also enables users to report security issues and accessibility problems to ensure a safe and inclusive digital environment for all.

Steps to get the service:
- Access the HRDF website through the following link https://hrdf.org.sa.
- Select "Contact Us".
- Fill out the form with the required basic information (customer details and request description).
- Attach any supporting evidence, if available.
- Submit the report and receive an automatic notification with a reference number.
- The report will be reviewed and handled by the designated team.
- The user will be notified upon completion of the processing and final closure.
Post-service submission procedures and instructions:
- The system automatically sends the ticket to the concerned party and circulates it automatically.
- Inquiries and complaints service is subject to performance measurement to improve the speed of completion and the quality of processing.
- The service allows the application to return to the beneficiary if additional information is needed and the beneficiary will be notified by e-mail to complete such information.
- Upon completion of the ticket processing, the beneficiary will be notified by text message to the mobile number registered at the time of submitting the request.
The beneficiary can object to the solution by filling out the questionnaire form sent in the e-mail.
