Business Continuity Policy Statement
In line with its strategic direction, vision, and mission, and in compliance with the relevant legal and regulatory requirements to ensure the continuity of services, programs, and operations, the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) is committed to meeting global business continuity standards by undertaking the following:

Developing, implementing, and continuously improving a comprehensive Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) in accordance with the standards for digital government business continuity and the international standard ISO 22301:2019.

Ensuring business continuity governance and an organizational structure that optimally implements the business continuity requirements within HRDF.

Promoting a culture of business continuity.

Developing, implementing, maintaining, and verifying the adequacy of business continuity plans, incident and crisis response plans to restore HRDF’s critical operations and services.

Developing and testing business continuity and disaster recovery solutions ("strategies").

Enhancing HRDF’s capability and readiness to respond to and recover from unforeseen risks and threats, such as disasters, through risk assessment and classification.

Identifying critical and sensitive operations and services within HRDF through business impact analysis, determining the targeted recovery time, and defining essential resources for business continuity.
