Instructions and Guidelines for Users
Freedom of Information is a set of provisions and procedures that regulate the exercise of the right to access or obtain public information related to the work of entities, and promote the principle of transparency and the free circulation of such information.
Freedom of Information requests are based on clear criteria that ensure that they are public information—unprotected—produced by the Fund, regardless of its source, form, or nature. This includes paper records, emails, computer-stored information, audio or video tapes, maps, photographs, manuscripts, handwritten documents, or any other form of recorded information.

The Fund receives requests for information by completing the electronic form below with the required information:

Expected Time to Complete a Request:30 Business Days, noting that official working hours are from Sunday to Thursday From 8 AM to 4 PM.
