Instructions and Guidelines for Users
Freedom of Information is a set of provisions and procedures that regulate the exercise of the right to access or obtain public information related to the work of entities, and promote the principle of transparency and the free flow of this information.
Requests for Freedom of Information are based on clear criteria that ensure that the information is public—not protected—information produced by the Fund, regardless of its source, form, or nature. This includes paper records, emails, computer-stored information, audio or video tapes, maps, photographs, manuscripts, handwritten documents, or any other form of recorded information.
Mechanism for Submitting a Freedom of Information Request
The Fund receives requests for information by filling out the electronic form below with the required information:

Expected Time to Complete the Request: 30 working days, noting that official working hours are from Sunday to Thursday from hour 8 AM to 4 PM. To follow up on the status of your request or for any inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact the Freedom of Information Team via email: FOI@hrdf.org.sa
