Project Management Policy
Within the framework of its strategic directions, vision and mission, and in order to achieve compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements related to project management in government agencies, and in accordance with the International Project Management Standard IS0 21502:2020, the Human Resources Development Fund is committed to the following:
- Enhance transparency and effective communication with those involved in project management.
- Provide the necessary human, financial and technical capabilities and ensure their sustainability to support project management processes.
- Ensure that there is a project management methodology that includes approved project work procedures.
- Ensure the necessary governance for project management, including roles, responsibilities, powers, project acceptance criteria and project classification.
- Continuous improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes and elements of project management systems, including performance follow-up and management of risks and challenges related to projects.
- Verify the linkage of the project to the Fund's strategy and link the impact of the project to any of the strategic objectives if the project is strategic.
- This policy shall be a framework for the objectives of the enterprise resource management system.
