His Excellency M. Al-Rajhi is responsible for the legal and administrative legislation for the Saudi labor market, and His Excellency holds a pioneering institutional and administrative thought due to his long experience in establishing and heading the departments and memberships of a number of large local and international companies in addition to the charity, and his presidency of the Human Resources Development Fund “Hadaf”, and the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Riyadh, and his deputation President of the Federation of Chambers of the Gulf Cooperation Council.
On the scientific level, M. Ahmed Al-Rajhi holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
