Al Jawhara Fahad Al Rabiah
Assistant Minister of Finance for Strategy and Institutional Services at the Ministry of FinanceMs. Al-Jawhara Al Rabiah is currently working as the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance for Organizational Services since 2022 and an advisor to His Excellency the Minister of Finance since 2017.
Ms. Al Jawhara has a wide experience, more than 11 years, in the financial field at many prominent organizations, including her work as an advanced financial analyst at Tamkeen Technologies, which is owned by the Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF).
Ms. Al Jawhara also served as a portfolio manager and senior analyst for investment and treasury at Tadawul Company concerned with the listing and trading of securities for local and international investors, in addition to her membership in many government and national committees and boards of directors of government agencies and companies.
Ms. Al Jawhara holds an Executive Master's degree in Business Administration from Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College and a Bachelor's degree in Finance - Investment from King Saud University.
