He is currently leading the population policy development file at the Ministry of Economy and Planning. He began his professional career in medicine and surgery, then worked as a health specialist at the World Bank Group in Washington. After that, he spent two years between Mali and Burkina Faso in West Africa, where he implemented and advised on health system reforms. 

He holds graduate degrees in Health Policy and Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in the United States. He is actively engaged in demographic dividend initiatives, leveraging his expertise to maximize the potential of population dynamics for achieving economic growth and development.
