Mazen bin Mohammed Al-Harthy
Undersecretary for Shared Services at the Ministry of CommerceThe current Assistant Deputy Minister for Joint Services at the Ministry of Commerce, he has over 25 years of experience in human resources and human capital development. Throughout his career, he has held several executive positions in both the public and private sectors, including General Manager of Human Resources at the Ministry of Commerce, Chief Human Resources Officer at King Khalid Eye Specialist Hospital, and General Manager of Human Resources at the National Manufacturing and Gas Company.
He holds an advanced diploma in International Finance from George Washington University, a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Al Yamamah University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from King Abdulaziz University.
He has also obtained numerous professional certifications and is a graduate of the 2030 Leaders Program, supervised by the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Foundation "Misk" in collaboration with ESADE University in Spain.
