Saud bin Ghazi Al-Otaibi

Dr. Saud Al-Otaibi holds the position of Deputy General Manager of the Institute of Public Administration for Training, in addition to his academic rank as an Assistant Professor at the institute. Since 2008, Dr. Saud Al-Otaibi has served in several positions at the Institute of Public Administration, including General Manager of the Center for Administration and Public Policies, General Manager of Partnerships and International Cooperation, Director of the Communication and International Cooperation Department, and Head of the Scholarship and Training Department, until he assumed his current position.

He has also been assigned to various tasks, including serving as Secretary-General of the "International Conference on Innovation and the Future of Government Work," Secretary-General of the "General Authority for the Guardianship of Minors' Funds and Those under Their Custody Forum," Coordinator for the Affairs of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Coordinator for the Arab Organization for Administrative Development, and Coordinator for the International Institute of Administrative Sciences in Brussels.

Dr. Saud Al-Otaibi is a member of several government entities and committees, such as the Human Resources Development Fund and the National Institute for Professional and Educational Development. On the academic front, he obtained his Ph.D. in Public Administration from the University of North Texas in the United States. He has also authored numerous studies and articles.
