
Fahad Abdullah AlTuraif
Finance Executive DirectorFahad Abdullah AlTuraif has worked as the Finance Executive Director of the Fund since May 2025.
He leads the financial strategy aimed at achieving long-term sustainability and managing the Fund’s financial resources. His responsibilities include enhancing operational efficiency, developing decision-support financial models, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies, managing financial risks, and advancing digital financial infrastructure. He also plays a vital role in building strategic partnerships that strengthen the Fund’s ability to meet its developmental objectives.
Mr. AlTuraif brings over 20 years of experience in financial leadership across the government, telecommunications, and healthcare sectors. He has held several senior leadership positions at institutions including the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF), the National Center for Privatization & PPP (NCP), Saudi Telecom Company (STC), and the King Faisal Specialist Hospital International Holding Company. His professional background also includes roles at Al Rajhi Bank, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), and KPMG.
He is a graduate of the Misk 2030 Leaders Program, offered by the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Foundation (Misk), and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Middle Tennessee State University, bachelor’s degree in accounting from King Saud University He has also completed the CFO Executive Program at Columbia Business School and a Leadership Program at Esade Business School.
Mr. AlTuraif holds the CPA designation from the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA), holds a certification in International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and is a Certified Board Directorship by the GCC Board Directors Institute (GCC BDI). He has also completed several executive programs from internationally recognized institutions, including INSEAD and the International Institute for Management Development (IMD).
