Feras Abdulaziz Abalkhail
Deputy Director General for BusinessMr. Feras AbalKhail has served as the Deputy CEO for Business since 2020, leading the Business Sector, which includes the Executive Management for Business Development, Programs Management, and Customer Experience, as well as the Management for Quality of Business Operations. He is responsible for developing and implementing business strategies, business plans and policies that align with the Fund’s objectives.
Mr. AbalKhail brings extensive experience in strategy development, transformation planning, change management, marketing, and customer experience. His background spans both the public and private sectors, including the industrial, telecommunications, transportation and Entrepreneurship fields. He has led several impactful initiatives that strengthened institutional performance and enhanced programs performance, customer experience, contributing to a more agile and effective work environment.
He holds a Master’s degree in International Marketing from the University of Strathclyde in the United Kingdom and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. He has also completed multiple executive programs at IE Business School, IMD, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and Wharton Business School.
