Feras Bin Abdulaziz Abalkhail
Deputy Director General for BusinessMr. Feras Abalkhail assumes the position of Deputy Director General for Business since 2020. He leads the Business Sector, which includes the Executive Department for Business Development, the Executive Department for Programs, the Executive Department for Customer Experience, and the Business Quality Management Department. He works to develop strategies, policies, and procedures that support the Fund’s goals.
Mr. Abalkhail possesses extensive experience in strategy development, transformation planning, change management, marketing, customer experience, and business development across both the public and private sectors, including industry, telecommunications, transportation, and entrepreneurship.
He has led several impactful initiatives that enhanced institutional performance, improved customer experience, and fostered a more flexible and efficient work environment.
He holds a Master’s degree in International Marketing from the University of Strathclyde, UK, and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, as well as advanced executive programs from IE University (Spain), IMD, MIT and Wharton University.
