Khalid Zaid Al-Tuwaim
Director of the Executive Office of the Director GeneralMr. Khalid Al-Tuwaim has served as the Director of the CEO’s Office since 2016, where he leads the preparation of strategic and operational plans, monitors performance objectives, and ensures effective implementation in coordination with the Board of Directors, executive committees, and relevant departments and stakeholders.
Mr. Al-Tuwaim brings extensive practical experience in strategic planning, execution, committee governance, and institutional coordination. Throughout his career, he has contributed significantly to enhancing institutional efficiency and administrative integration. He has held several positions, including Director of Committees and Meetings at the Executive Office, and has served as Secretary to numerous committees since joining the Fund.
He holds a Master’s degree in Governance and Public Policy and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, in addition to completing several specialized internal and international training programs in leadership and project management.
