Khalid Zaid Al-Tuwaim
Director of the Executive Office of the Director GeneralMr. Khalid Al-Tuwaim holds the position of Director of the Executive Office of the Director General of the Fund since 2016. In this role, he leads the development of work plans and periodic objectives and oversees their implementation in coordination with the Board of Directors, committees, departments, and relevant entities.
Al-Tuwaim has extensive professional experience in strategic planning and execution, committee secretariat functions, and governance, through which he has contributed to enhancing institutional efficiency and improving administrative coordination. He has held several positions, including Director of Committees and Meetings at the Executive Office, in addition to serving as Secretary to several committees since joining the Fund.
He holds a Master’s degree in Governance and Public Policy and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, along with specialized local and international training programs in leadership and project management.
