Moteb Ali Al-Gunaisi
Executive Director of Human ResourcesMr. Moteb Al-Gunaisi has served as the Executive Director of Human Resources since 2023, leading the organization’s human resources strategy through the development of HR policies and systems, and overseeing recruitment, training, and HR budgeting. He also drives strategic initiatives to enhance HR integration across organizational units.
Mr. Al-Gunaisi brings extensive professional experience in human resources leadership, having held several key positions at major companies such as Abunayyan holding Company, the Saudi Credit Bureau (SIMAH), Riyadh Airports Company, and the National Gas and Industrialization Company. He has also participated as a member of several boards and specialized committees.
He holds two master’s degrees — the first in Management from Sydney Business School, and the second in Strategic Human Resources Management from University of Wollongong in Australia and has completed numerous advanced executive training programs in institutional development.
