Executive Director of Human ResourcesMr. Moteb AlGunaisi has been appointed as the Executive Director of Human Resources since October 2023.
Prior to this role, he held several positions, including:
- Group HR and Internal Communication Director at Abunayyan Holding
- Human Resource Manager at Saudi Credit Bureau (SIMAH)
- HR Manager Business Partner Manager at Riyadh Airports
- Director of Organizational Development & Performance Management at National Gas & Industrial Co.
In addition, he is a member of the following boards and committees:
- Member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee at Abunayyan Holding
- Member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee at Innovative Water Application in Spain
- Member of the Australian Institute of Human Resources
- He also serves on various Executive Committees.
Mr. AlGunaisi holds a Master's Degree in Management from the University of Wollongong, as well as a second Master's Degree in Strategic Human Resource Management, also from the University of Wollongong.
