Moteb AlGunaisi

Mr. Moteb AlGunaisi has been appointed as the Executive Director of Human Resources since October 2023. 

Prior to this role, he held several positions, including:

- Group HR and Internal Communication Director at Abunayyan Holding

- Human Resource Manager at Saudi Credit Bureau (SIMAH)

- HR Manager Business Partner Manager at Riyadh Airports

- Director of Organizational Development & Performance Management at National Gas & Industrial Co.

In addition, he is a member of the following boards and committees:

1. Member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee at Abunayyan Holding
2. Member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee at Innovative Water Application in Spain
3. Member of the Australian Institute of Human Resources
4. He also serves on various Executive Committees.

Mr. AlGunaisi holds a Master's Degree in Management from the University of Wollongong, as well as a second Master's Degree in Strategic Human Resource Management, also from the University of Wollongong.
