Moteb Ali Al-Gunaisi
Executive Director of Human ResourcesMr. Moteb Al-Gunaisi has served as Executive Director of Human Resources since 2023, leading the human capital strategy through the development of policies and systems, overseeing recruitment and training operations, preparing and executing the HR budget, and developing resource strategies in coordination with organizational units.
Al-Gunaisi has extensive professional experience in HR leadership, having held several prominent executive positions in major companies such as Abunayyan Holding, the Saudi Credit Bureau (SIMAH), Riyadh Airports Company, and the National Gas and Industrialization Company (GASCO). He has also served on several specialized boards and committees.
He holds two Master’s degrees—one in Management from Sydney Business School and another in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Wollongong, Australia—as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Education. He has also completed several advanced training programs in organizational development.
