Zeyad Abdulrahman Baselm
Executive Director of the Data OfficeMr. Zeyad Baselm has served as the Executive Director of the Data Office since 2021, where he leads the Fund’s data strategy and artificial intelligence initiatives, overseeing the development of intelligent digital solutions that support data-driven decision-making.
Mr. Baselm brings extensive experience in data science, artificial intelligence, behavioral sciences, and user experience. He has held senior executive roles in several governmental and private organizations, contributing significantly to advancing the digital transformation agenda at both national and institutional levels. He also played a key role in the establishment of the Saudi Authority for Data and Artificial Intelligence (SDAIA) and has participated in various strategic initiatives related to data and AI.
He holds a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship Management from Prince Mohammed bin Salman College of Business and Entrepreneurship, and a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from King Saud University. He also holds several professional certifications in leadership, artificial intelligence, behavioral analytics, and user experience.
