Omar Bin Mohammed Al-sharif
Executive Director of Governance, Risk, Compliance, and CybersecurityMr. Omar Al-Sharif acts as Executive Director of Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Cybersecurity since 2024, leading the design of governance frameworks and the development of policies and risk management methodologies in alignment with national regulations and standards. He oversees initiatives aimed at enhancing institutional performance and ensuring alignment with relevant regulations.
Al-Sharif brings over 22 years of professional experience, having held multiple leadership and advisory roles, including Executive Director of Human Resources and Advisor to the Director General of the fund. Since 2003, he has gained extensive experience in management and organizational development.
He holds a Master’s degree in Commercial Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, in addition to completing several specialized training programs in leadership, financial accounting, and project management.
