Mr. Riyadh Al-Habshan serves as the Executive Director of Legal Affairs since 2025, where he leads the Legal Affairs sector and oversees legal consultation , contracts, regulatory affairs, litigation, and investigations.

       Mr. Al-Habshan brings in extensive experience in leading , digital transformation of legal function , and compliance initiatives. He has held several senior executive positions at leading national and global organizations such as Solutions by stc, Siemens, Al Rajhi Bank, and Saudi Telecom Company (stc). He also serves as board and committee member in several firms specialized in offering business solutions.

       He holds a Master’s degree in International Law from the University of Technology, Australia, and a Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Law (Sharia) from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University. He has also completed advanced programs in leadership, law, and anti–money laundering from renowned international institutions.
