Riyadh Abdullah Al-Habshan
Executive Director of Legal AffairsMr. Riyadh Al-Habshan assumes the position of Executive Director of Legal Affairs since 2025. In this role, he leads the Legal Affairs function and oversees consultations, contracts, regulatory matters, litigation, and investigations.
Al-Habshan brings extensive experience in leading legal initiatives, digital transformation, and automation, and has held prominent executive positions in major national and international companies, including Solutions by STC, Siemens, Al Rajhi Bank, and Saudi Telecom Company (STC). He also serves on the boards of companies specializing in business solutions.
He holds a Master’s degree in International Law from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and a Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Law (Sharia) from Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University, in addition to completing advanced programs in leadership, law, and anti–money laundering from prestigious international institutions.
