Turki bin Abdullah AlJawini
Director GeneralMr. Turki Al-Jawini is the Director General of the Human Resources Development Fund since September 2019, where he leads the Fund’s strategic direction and oversees its programs and initiatives aimed at supporting, training, and empowering national talent in the private sector.
In his leadership role, he focuses on strengthening strategic partnerships with both public and private sectors and contributing to the development of the national human resources ecosystem to enhance the efficiency of the Saudi labor market.
Mr. Al-Jawini has extensive professional experience across the public and private sectors, having held prominent leadership positions in the aviation industry, including Chief Executive Officer of Dammam Airports Company and General Director of King Fahd International Airport, along with prior experience in banking and investment.
He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Sawad Commercial Services Company, a Board Member of Takamol Holding Company and Chairman of its Executive Committee, in addition to his membership in several public and private sector committees.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications and Information Systems from Clarion University (USA), a Diploma in Personal Financial Planning from the Financial Academy, and has completed executive leadership and management programs, including the Board Member Diploma – IMD and the Advanced Management Program – IMD Business School.
