Believing in our promising national cadres, which are the cornerstone of the development process, and the focus of our attention to achieving the nation’s ambitious vision of creating a promising digital future, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, in cooperation with the University of Hail, launches the Technical Competencies Forum to contribute to bridging the gap between supply and demand in accordance with the requirements of the labor market with the participation of employers. In the private sector, the Human Resources Development Fund is pleased to participate in the forum for the purpose of educating job seekers about the services provided through the programs provided.
