13,065 Beneficiaries of Professional Certification Support Program 2024
The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) announced that 13,065 Saudi citizens benefited from the Professional Certification Support Program in 2024, with financial compensation totaling approximately 114.4 million SAR.
The program has accredited 268 professional certifications across various specialized fields and business sectors. It is designed to meet labor market demands by equipping the national workforce with new knowledge and professional skills that enhance market productivity.
The Professional Certification Support Program aligns with HRDF’s broader initiatives to improve workforce efficiency, promote professional training per international standards, enhance individual competitiveness in specialization and career development, and create job opportunities through upskilling and workforce localization.
To qualify for the program, applicants must obtain an accredited professional certification listed on the program’s website. Additionally, employed applicants must confirm that their employer has not covered the certification costs.
The funding mechanism operates on a reimbursement basis. Eligible individuals must submit a claim via HRDF.org.sa, including a copy of their obtained certification. Once verified, the reimbursement is directly transferred to the applicant’s IBAN-registered account.
