HRDF Enhances Its Institutional Excellence with Four ISO Certificates
The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) has obtained four international recognition certificates from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), in acknowledgment of its compliance with standards in the fields of occupational health and safety management, partner relationship management, knowledge management, and competence management and people development.
HRDF’s attainment of these certificates comes as a result of its ongoing efforts to strengthen institutional excellence, benefit from global best practices in achieving beneficiary satisfaction, and adopt policies and procedures that meet international standards and align with principles of continuous improvement and quality systems. This also supports efficient and effective execution of operations, contributing to the Fund’s strategic objectives and its pillars for achieving institutional excellence.
The ISO 45001 certificate is an international standard for occupational health and safety management, focusing on identifying work-related risks and providing safe and healthy workplaces for HRDF staff by preventing work-related injuries and proactively improving the performance of the occupational health and safety management system.
The ISO 44001 certificate is an international standard for collaborative business relationship management, ensuring the existence of effective and successful partnerships and the implementation of an efficient system for managing collaborative relationships with partners.
Meanwhile, the ISO 30401 certificate represents an international standard for knowledge management. It provides a comprehensive framework for developing and implementing a knowledge management system, improving processes, and enhancing knowledge-based decision-making.
The ISO 10015 certificate is an international standard for competence management and talent development. It aims to enhance excellence in training processes and achieve desired objectives by providing detailed guidelines for planning, implementing, and evaluating training activities, thereby contributing to efficiency and effectiveness in training HRDF employees and positively reflecting on performance improvement.
Obtaining these standards marks a new milestone in the Fund’s journey of excellence toward achieving a promising future built on a sustainable national workforce in the Kingdom and continuing to excel at both local and international levels.
