5 Professional Tracks in Al-Baha Meetings to Enhance the National Workforce’s Skills

The "Al-Baha Meetings" forum, organized by the Human Resources Development Fund in collaboration with partners in the public and private sectors, is set to take place at Al-Baha University from (4th to 6th of March), featuring 5 developmental tracks: job seekers track, private sector employees' track, students' track, employers' track, and entrepreneurship track.

The forum's tracks aim to provide support and guidance services for entrepreneurs, empower job seekers in their job search journey, develop the capabilities and skills of private sector employees for their stability and sustainability in the job market. It also includes providing professional guidance for students, preparing them for the job market, and providing support and guidance for employers to increase Saudization rates and provide them with qualified national workforce. Additionally, it aims to raise awareness about the support programs and products offered by the fund.

The forum focuses on investing in human capital development, enhancing the skills and capabilities of national workforce, and raising the knowledge level of those involved in the job market through workshops, seminars, informative lectures, and guidance sessions held during the forum. It also aims to establish positive partnerships with various relevant entities in the private sector and provide opportunities for empowerment, qualification, training, and employment to support the national economy.

The forum includes an accompanying exhibition for recruiting job seekers in the participating establishments, and is attended by a number of specialists and enthusiasts in human resources development, qualified national workforce, representatives of the private sector, and officials from government agencies related to the job market.
