The Fund has won two gold awards in customer service

The Human Resources Development Fund has won the Gold Award for Best Call Center and the Gold Award for Best Use of Social Media in Customer Experience across the Middle East, Europe, and South Africa. This achievement was part of its participation in the Global Contact Center Awards competition held during the regional conference for Europe, the Middle East, and South Africa in Berlin, Germany, from May 27 to 29, 2025. The awards aim to honor leading organizations for their excellence in customer service. 

HRDF achieved these awards after competing with several government entities and companies from around the world. The evaluation process involved multiple stages according to the highest international standards, conducted by experienced international judges in the field of customer service and service delivery through call centers. 

During the conference days, the Fund showcased its customer service practices and improvements in customer experience through various communication channels and platforms. This included response mechanisms, interaction with customer queries, immediate support provision, performance indicators, and efforts to enhance customer benefit from support services and empowerment programs. 

These recent international and local awards and accreditations reflect HRDF's commitment to applying the best global and national practices and standards in quality and institutional excellence. This aims to enhance performance efficiency and meet the expectations and satisfaction of its beneficiaries, contributing to sustainable results and supporting HRDF's targets in building a sustainable national workforce in alignment with Vision 2030.
