Instant Attendance Certificates for Participants of "Northern Borders Encounters"
Participants in the Northern Borders Encounters receive instant attendance certificates for the training and guidance workshops offered during the event. These certificates, covering up to 28 developmental training and guidance workshops aimed at empowering and qualifying the national workforce, are immediately reflected in each participant’s training record and appear in their account on the National Unified Employment Platform (Jadarat).
The workshops span the five professional tracks of Northern Borders Encounters, organized by the Human Resources Development Fund and concluding today (Wednesday).
Workshops for job seekers (both male and female) focus on navigating the job market, essential workplace skills, highlighting personal strengths and competencies in ways that attract employers, recognizing modern skill sets, time management during job hunting, discovering job opportunities, using social media for self-marketing, exploring remote work options, presenting oneself professionally, and effectively using job platforms and networking tools.
Workshops in the entrepreneurship and freelancing track address how to start a business, innovation, transforming ideas into opportunities and projects, conducting feasibility studies, exploring the entrepreneurial world, drafting visions and missions for private projects, digital marketing strategies, effective negotiation skills, and creatively marketing ideas and products.
For employers, workshops explore recruitment strategies, job empowerment, enhancing customer loyalty, and on-the-job training. Employee workshops focus on teamwork, effective communication, professional behavior, and adaptability in the workplace.
Career guidance workshops help participants discover their professional inclinations and understand labor market trends considering Saudi Vision 2030.
