The program aims to develop the knowledge and skills of national cadres through e-training, using the latest global methodologies that support their job readiness, improve their preparedness to enter the labor market, and promote equal access to training and qualification. It also supports localization plans by training and qualifying national cadres and keeping pace with global changes and acceleration in human capital development.
The program targets all Saudi citizens. Its training contents are continuously developed to keep up with labor market requirements and trends. They cover most market sectors and the most in-demand knowledge areas and skills, including finance and insurance, tourism and entertainment, information technology, cybersecurity, commerce and retail, transport, warehousing, and logistics services. The contents range from online training courses and training paths to interactive sessions, in addition to supporting training with local and international e-training service providers.
The program’s electronic platform is distinguished by ease of use and navigation and by its technological advancement that enables smooth access to training content. It also allows establishment owners to create accounts, assign training content to their employees via the platform, and monitor their performance and benefit from the content, in addition to allowing the publication of that content for the benefit of other platform visitors.
