Employment-Linked Training Programs Focused on Artificial Intelligence
The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) and Learning Academy have signed an agreement to implement employment-linked training and qualification programs for 3,000 beneficiaries, as part of HRDF’s ongoing efforts to empower national talent and enhance workforce readiness through high-quality training programs aligned with the needs of key economic sectors.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Turki Al-Jawini, Director General of the Human Resources Development Fund, and Mr. Khalid Al-Dosari, Chairman of the Board of Learning Academy.
The agreement aims to deliver specialized training and qualification programs that equip Saudi talent with the professional skills and practical knowledge required in high-demand fields, including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, marketing, sales, occupational safety and health, supply chain and logistics, accounting, taxation, insurance, and risk management.
The agreement reflects HRDF’s continued commitment to building strategic partnerships with specialized training providers to expand the reach and impact of training programs, enhance their quality, and strengthen their alignment with employers’ evolving workforce needs across various sectors. This aligns with HRDF’s role in developing and empowering national talent while encouraging investment in human capital.
The agreement also reinforces Learning Academy’s role in delivering high-quality training solutions in partnership with national entities, supporting the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 by developing human capital, empowering national talent, and ensuring training outcomes are closely aligned with labor market requirements.
In addition, the agreement reflects the ongoing collaboration between HRDF and Learning Academy to provide specialized training solutions based on international best practices in learning and development. These programs are designed to prepare national talent with the technical and behavioral competencies required for current and future jobs, enhancing employability, improving productivity, and supporting sustainable economic growth.
