HRDF and the PTI support the Training of National Cadres
Today (Thursday), the Human Resources Development Fund signed a training support agreement with the Permanent Trust Institute for Training. The deal aims to empower and qualify 300 job seekers in various specialized fields such as occupational safety, health, and environmental protection in private sector facilities.
The agreement was signed by His Highness Prince Mansour bin Abdullah bin Mosaad Al Saud, Director General of the Institute, and Mr. Turki bin Abdullah Al Juwaini, Director General of the Fund, at the Fund's headquarters in Riyadh.
This initiative is part of the Human Resources Development Fund's efforts to train national talents, equip them with skills and capabilities for employment in the private sector, enhance the competitiveness of national cadres, and increase their participation in the labor market.
The agreement aims to train and qualify national talents in specialized fields related to occupational safety, health, and environmental protection in private sector facilities, through vocational and specialized technical training paths to support the employment of job seekers.
The agreement stipulates the Fund's contribution to training costs and trainee allowances, as per approved mechanisms, to support the training and qualification of national cadres, equipping them with the necessary skills for work in the fields of occupational safety, health, and environmental protection. The agreement also emphasizes commitment to implementing programs ensuring their quality and achieving their objectives, forming a joint team to monitor implementation, and holding regular meetings to address developments and operational needs.
