HRDF launches new cohort of HADAF Leadership Program
In line with its ongoing efforts to develop human capital and build sustainable national capabilities, Human Resources Development Fund has launched a new cohort of training programs under the “Hadaf Leadership Program.” The initiative aims to empower national talent, enhance leadership readiness, and support the Kingdom’s economic transformation goals in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.
The programs are delivered in partnership with the ESCP Business School in Paris. The first cohort has commenced in Riyadh and will run over a three-month period through an integrated training model that combines in-person learning, remote education, and practical workplace application to maximize impact and improve learning outcomes.
The program is designed to prepare national leaders with advanced leadership competencies, strategic thinking abilities, and effective decision-making skills, enabling them to lead private sector organizations with competitiveness at both local and global levels. It also contributes to improving institutional performance, productivity, and the overall quality of the work environment.
Since its launch in 2019, the “Hadaf Leadership Program” has graduated more than 2,275 leaders representing 420 organizations across various regions of the Kingdom, reflecting the program’s growing impact on leadership development and sustainable growth within the private sector.
Meanwhile, the program also focuses on transferring and localizing global leadership best practices through hands-on training experiences, practical projects, and direct mentorship from a distinguished group of international experts, delivered both in person and virtually. This contributes to preparing a new generation of leaders capable of adapting to rapid changes and confidently leading the economy of the future.
