The Human Resources Development Fund signs a cooperation agreement with the Islamic University to support the employment of its graduates
The Human Resources Development Fund and the Islamic University of Medina concluded; A cooperation agreement to support the employment of university graduates and students expected to graduate, with the aim of increasing their competitiveness in the labor market and raising the employment rate, as part of the Fund's initiative in the program to support graduate employment offices in universities.

The agreement is an extension of cooperation agreements signed by the Fund with 17 universities distributed in 9 regions of the Kingdom. It also comes within the framework of joint efforts to support the training and employment of university graduates to work in private sector establishments. Through the numerous programs and appropriate support mechanisms provided by the Fund.
The agreement establishes the establishment of a strategic partnership between the fund and the university to achieve their common goals of training, qualifying and employing university graduates and expected graduate students of both sexes and job seekers. In an effort to develop their skills and provide them with individual and basic skills and experience in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
Under the agreement, the fund provides financial and training support and incentives to the employment office at the university and its employees, through the vocational development and guidance platform “Sobol”, the national e-training platform “Doroob”, the on-the-job training program (Tamheer), and the professional vocational certificates program. In addition to benefiting from the career counseling initiative in universities.
According to the agreement, the university will provide preparation and qualification services for graduates through a deanship specialized in graduates. To meet the needs of the labor market, prepare them for the personal interview, review resumes and market them to get the job, and provide qualitative training that serves the job seeker in obtaining the job.
According to the agreement, the university will work to help graduates obtain suitable job opportunities in the private sector.
