Scientific Sessions and Guidance Workshops at Jazan Encounters
“Jazan Encounters 2024,” organized by the Human Resources Development Fund from 9–11 Jumada Al-Akhirah 1446 AH (corresponding to 10–12 December 2024) at Jazan University, features scientific sessions, workshops, seminars, and awareness and guidance lectures aimed at investing in human capital, enhancing the skills and capabilities of national cadres, and raising the knowledge level of stakeholders in the labor market.
“Jazan Encounters 2024” offers a package of programs and services for individuals and establishments, introducing career guidance, training, and empowerment products. It comes as part of a series of encounters held by HRDF in various regions of the Kingdom, seeking to build positive partnerships with several relevant entities in the private sector and provide empowerment opportunities that support the national economy.
The event also includes an accompanying exhibition in which participating establishments offer empowerment, qualification, and targeted training opportunities for national human cadres, in addition to a range of diverse guidance and training sessions. A large number of specialists and stakeholders in human resources development, qualified national cadres, representatives of the private sector, and officials from government bodies related to the labor market are taking part in Jazan Encounters. Dedicated tracks have been assigned for each segment of the targeted beneficiaries in order to provide direct and tailored services to every group.
According to the target groups, Jazan Encounters includes five tracks:
• the job seekers track,
• the private-sector employees (male and female) track,
• the students (male and female) track,
• the employers track, and
• the entrepreneurship track.
