HRDF clarifies the steps for registration and attendance of individuals for the "Hail Meetings 2023" conference.
The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), known as "Hadaf," has clarified the practical steps for individuals to register and attend the events of the Hail Meetings 2023 conference. This can be done by accessing the National Labor Gateway (Taqat) through the following link: https://eservices.taqat.sa/Eservices_Individual/Home.aspx. Individuals should then click on the "Our Programs" icon, choose the "Meetings" category, specifically "Hail Meetings," and complete the required profile information, selecting the appropriate pathway.
This clarification of the registration process reflects the fund's commitment to the participation and benefit of individuals from its training, employment, empowerment programs, and job opportunities provided by participating entities in the conference. It also emphasizes the utilization of workshops and courses aimed at developing skills and gaining the necessary experience for the labor market.
The "Hadaf" conference, held in collaboration with the Human Resources and Social Development System and private sector partners, will take place at the Roshan Conference and Exhibition Center from February 8th to 9th, 2023. The conference aims to invest in human capital, enhance the skills and capabilities of national cadres, support their training, employment, and qualification for labor market entry, while also introducing the programs, initiatives, and opportunities offered by the fund to clients and beneficiaries of support services, in line with the current national development plans.
The conference targets private sector establishments, job seekers, secondary and above-level students, private sector employees, and entrepreneurs.
Accompanying the conference will be the provision of training support programs, professional guidance, workshops, and job training opportunities through the Training for Employment Program (TAMHEER). Additionally, job opportunities will be presented by participating establishments, along with various specialized lectures and seminars. Visitors will also be briefed and familiarized with the Career Guidance Portal (SUBUL) and how to benefit from it in identifying current and future labor market skills and needs, equipping the region's individuals with the necessary skills and capabilities for the job market.
The objectives of the conference revolve around raising awareness among labor market stakeholders, fostering positive partnerships with relevant private sector entities, and building a database of specialists and stakeholders interested in the labor market.
Earlier, the fund invited private sector establishments interested in participating in the Hail Meetings conference to register their needs for suitable national competencies and submit available opportunities through the following link: https://eservices.taqat.sa/eservices/.
