The Human Resources Development Fund will host a ceremony tomorrow, Monday, to launch its new strategy and identity.
The Human Resources Development Fund will inaugurate its new strategy and identity tomorrow evening, Monday, in the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, and Chairman of the Fund's Board of Directors, Engineer Ahmed bin Suleiman Al-Rajhi, along with several dignitaries and leaders from both the government and private sectors, as well as experts in the labor market. The event will take place at the Siraj Exhibition and Conference Center in Riyadh.
The new strategy of the Fund comes within the framework of supporting the building of a sustainable national workforce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and developing training, empowerment, and guidance programs. This contributes to the development and empowerment of human capabilities, enabling them to enter and sustain in the labor market, in line with Vision 2030 and the labor market strategy, and encouraging the private sector to contribute to localization.
The Fund's strategy is the result of joint efforts with government agencies and the private sector to determine the Fund's direction and its pivotal role in supporting the development of national human capital. The development journey of the strategy included multiple stages and milestones, including assessing the current situation, analyzing the internal and external environment of the Fund, levels of satisfaction among beneficiaries and employers, and coordinating and collaborating with stakeholders and partners from the private sector, benefiting from their feedback and suggestions.
The ambitious strategy aligns with the changes in the labor market and addresses challenges within the framework of the human resources system, in coordination and integration with various stakeholders and parties.
The strategy focuses on three main goals: supporting the development of human resources to meet the needs of the labor market, enhancing the efficiency of supply and demand alignment, and enabling sustainable employment.
