HRDF Adds 12 Healthcare Professional Certifications
Seeking to elevate the efficiency of national healthcare cadres and develop their skills to meet evolving labor market needs, the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) added 12 professional certifications in the health domain to its accredited list under the Professional Certifications product, bringing the total to 417 accredited certifications across vital sectors.
This addition responds to health sector labor market requirements, equipping national cadres with modern knowledge and practical skills, and enabling health talents to keep pace with clinical, therapeutic, and administrative tech developments, aligned with Vision 2030 targets to empower qualified national talent in promising sectors and the private sector.
Newly added certifications span vital specialties: Autism Spectrum and Developmental Disorders for Speech-Language Pathologists, Healthcare Quality Professional Program, Urgent Care Excellence Program for Primary Care Physicians, Diabetes Carbohydrate Counting Professional Program, Patient Safety Program, Healthcare Simulation Operation Program, Pediatric Emergency Professional Program, Critical Care Emergency Professional Program, and Fundamentals of Value-Based Healthcare Concepts and Applications.
Accredited dental certifications include Professional Competency in Fixed Prosthodontics (Crowns and Bridges), Professional Competency in Endodontics, and Advanced Clinical General Dentistry Training.
