HRDF Holds Workshop to Strengthen Collaboration with Private Sector
Within the framework of strengthening strategic partnerships with the private sector and advancing its tole in empowering the national cadres and supporting sustainable economic development paths, HRDF held on Sunday, January 11, 2026, a workshop with private sector establishments, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Riyadh.
The workshop was attended by His Excellency Eng. Ahmed Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, Minister of Human Resources and Social Development and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Fund, and Mr. Turki Abdullah Al-Jawini, Director-General of HRDF, in addition to a number of representatives of private sector establishments and relevant executive leaders.
Meanwhile, the workshop aimed to enhance cooperation and integration with the private sector, which contributes to supporting employment and achieving job sustainability in an integrated manner, through the development of more accurate quality programs, and directing support more efficiently and effectively, in line with the changing needs of the labor market.
Participants reviewed the strategic directions of HRDF, and the mechanisms to align them with the aspirations and needs of employers, in a way that enhances the readiness of the national workforce and keeps pace with the requirements of the next phase and contributes to raising the efficiency of human capital in the coming years.
Holding such a workshop reflects HRDF’s continuous efforts to develop its strategy for the next phase, in order to support the achievement of the objectives of the Kingdom's ambitious Vision 2030 in empowering national cadres, enhancing the role of the private sector as a key partner in economic development, and meeting the needs of the current and future labor market.
