HRDF Receives Saudi Quality Certificate “Hayyak”
The Human Resources Development Fund received the Saudi Quality Certificate for beneficiary service centers “Hayyak,” issued by the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO), on Tuesday at SASO’s headquarters in Riyadh.
HRDF’s Executive Director for Customer Experience, Mr. Mohammed Al-Dosari, received the certificate from SASO’s Vice Governor Eng. Saud Al-Askari. The certificate was awarded to HRDF’s branch in Riyadh in recognition of its commitment to applying national and international practices and standards in quality and institutional excellence, to enhance performance efficiency and achieve sustainable results that contribute to HRDF’s objectives of building a sustainable national workforce in the Kingdom in line with Vision 2030.
The certificate awarded by SASO focuses on developing customer service centers across governmental, private, and non-profit organizations. It covers direct services provided to beneficiaries in the context of them obtaining a product or service, including face-to-face interactions, telephone calls, self-service systems, e-services, and other similar operations. Its aim is to raise the quality level of beneficiary service centers, streamline procedures, shorten processes, and provide unified service standards, in addition to increasing beneficiary satisfaction, enhancing performance criteria, and improving the physical environment in which services are delivered.
All of this is to ensure the quality of services provided by beneficiary service centers in organizations, in accordance with institutional work principles and in alignment with the requirements of various quality management systems.
