HRDF and Water Authority Cooperate to Develop Human Capital
In support of joint cooperation in human capital development in line with labor market needs and requirements, the Human Resources Development Fund signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Saudi Water Authority on Thursday at HRDF’s headquarters in Riyadh.
The memorandum forms part of the efforts of HRDF and the Saudi Water Authority to cooperate in areas of mutual interest, in a way that aligns with their leading roles and with a focus on enhancing local content and localizing jobs in the water sector, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the sustainability of water services.
The MoU emphasizes cooperation in building and empowering national talents and developing professional competencies, knowledge, and skills in the water sector, including guidance, training, and empowerment.
It also stipulates HRDF’s contribution to supporting the training and qualification of national cadres, equipping them with the necessary skills, and aligning national competencies with the Authority’s requirements. In addition, it underlines the commitment to implementing programs in a way that ensures their quality and achievement of objectives, as well as forming a joint working team from both sides to follow up on implementation and hold periodic meetings according to developments and work needs.
