HRDF Signs Third Agreement with Red Sea Global
In the presence of His Highness Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Jalawi Al Saud, Governor of Jeddah, and as part of ongoing efforts to empower national talents in promising sectors, the Human Resources Development Fund signed a training agreement linked to employment with Red Sea Global to qualify 1,000 young men and women in specialized fields, including health tourism, hospitality, tourism security, and technical services. The agreement aims to meet the needs of Red Sea Global’s projects and support localization of talent in one of the Kingdom’s key future sectors.
This agreement is part of a growing series of partnerships between the two sides. A previous cohort included 1,500 male and female beneficiaries in airport operations, hospitality, and maintenance, achieving tangible results in empowering national cadres in professional work environments that follow global standards.
The agreement was signed by HRDF Director General Mr. Turki bin Abdullah Al-Jawini and Red Sea Global CEO Mr. Giovanni Pagano, in the presence of several leaders from both the Fund and the company.
Under the agreement, HRDF will contribute to covering the majority of training costs and part of the trainees’ stipends, while Red Sea Global will implement the training programs, monitor their quality, and link them to direct employment, with continued coordination with HRDF for field follow-up and professional evaluation.
This partnership represents an advanced model of integration between national entities and the private sector in supporting investment in human capital and enhancing the readiness of national talents to work on leading tourism projects that attract investment, raise high-quality localization levels, and help achieve the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in economic diversification and job localization in strategic sectors.
