HRDF Supports Empowerment and Training of Ekhaa Beneficiaries
In the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Eng. Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, the Human Resources Development Fund signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Orphans Care Charity Foundation “Ekhaa,” aimed at supporting and empowering the foundation’s beneficiaries and enhancing their participation in the labor market.
The MoU was signed by HRDF’s Deputy Director General for Business, Mr. Firas bin Abdulaziz Aba Al-Khail, and Ekhaa’s CEO, Dr. Mohammed bin Omar Al-Eid.
The memorandum comes within the efforts of HRDF and Ekhaa to establish joint cooperation and empower the foundation’s beneficiaries, enhancing their benefit from HRDF’s training, empowerment, and guidance support programs and products.
The MoU aims to provide enablers for national cadres, enabling them to benefit from training support, empowerment, job-matching, e-training, on-the-job training, and career guidance. It also includes organizing workshops and participating in forums, conferences, and exhibitions to introduce programs and products that support human capital development and empowerment.
The memorandum further stressed the commitment to implementing support programs and products in a way that guarantees their quality and achievement of objectives, and to forming a joint team from both parties to follow up implementation and hold periodic meetings according to developments and work needs.
