HRDF Riyadh Branch Receives the Saudi Quality Certificate “Hayak”
The Riyadh Human Resources Development Fund branch has received the Saudi Quality Certificate for Beneficiary Service Centers, known as “Hayak.” The certificate, issued by the Saudi Standards, Metrology, and Quality Organization, confirms the Fund’s commitment to applying both national and international practices and standards in quality and institutional excellence. This achievement aims to enhance performance efficiency and deliver sustainable results that contribute to the Fund’s goals of building a sustainable national workforce in the Kingdom, in line with Vision 2030.
The Riyadh branch was awarded the “Hayak” certificate for HRDF’s efforts to provide services that meet beneficiary needs by adopting policies and procedures aligned with global standards, continuous improvement principles, and quality systems. These practices contribute to efficient and effective operations and meet the expectations and satisfaction of the Fund’s service and product beneficiaries.
The certificate, issued by the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization, focuses on the development of customer service centers across governmental, private, and non-profit organizations. It covers direct services provided to beneficiaries in the course of obtaining a product or service, including in-person interactions, phone calls, self-service systems, electronic services, and similar processes. The goal is to raise the quality of beneficiary service centers, simplify procedures, streamline operations, provide unified service standards, increase beneficiary satisfaction, enhance performance metrics, and improve the physical environment of service delivery, ensuring service quality in line with institutional work principles and the requirements of various quality management systems.
