HRDF Tops Website Efficiency Index, Advances Digital Transformation
Driven by its commitment to supporting national efforts in digital transformation, improving performance and service quality, adopting innovative solutions, enhancing beneficiary satisfaction, and improving their overall experience, the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) achieved first place in the Website and Digital Content Efficiency Index with a score of 92.43%. The Fund also recorded a positive increase in the Digital Transformation Measurement Index issued by the Digital Government Authority, achieving 88.03%.
Additionally, the Fund was honored at the Digital Government Award for its Electronic Participation Initiative (Wage Support for Kidney Dialysis), recognized as one of the top five government initiatives. The award was presented during the Digital Government Forum held yesterday, Wednesday, in Riyadh.
The Fund’s achievement of this award and its leading performance in national indicators reflect its continuous commitment to supporting sustainable government digital transformation, in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to build a digital society, economy, and government.
The Wage Support for Kidney Dialysis initiative represents a model for empowerment and social inclusion through innovative digital tools, embodying the spirit of digital transformation in serving people. Through this initiative, the Fund aims to continuously engage with beneficiaries, listen to their feedback, improve their experiences, and enhance community interaction.
The Fund places great importance on beneficiary participation in designing and developing its digital services. It continuously monitors their needs, collects their opinions, and analyzes their experiences through electronic participation platforms, ensuring the development of customized services that increase satisfaction and enhance the efficiency of the support system.
The Fund continues to implement its digital transformation strategy by developing its products and technical infrastructure and expanding self-service options for beneficiaries through electronic platforms and smart applications—aligning with the aspirations of the Digital Government and achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in building a thriving digital economy and a technologically empowered society.
