HRDF Organizes First Digital Innovation Hackathon
The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) organized the Digital Innovation Hackathon, involving participation from university students and HRDF employees. This event is part of ongoing efforts to promote a culture of digital innovation and leverage emerging and modern technologies to create innovative digital solutions.
The hackathon, held under the theme "Every Idea is a Goal," aims to stimulate digital innovation and creativity within the fund's work environment. It supports efforts to spread the culture of digital innovation, develop digital innovation capabilities, enhance community participation, and contribute to raising the digital transformation index and the United Nations innovation and solutions index.
The hackathon targeted solving challenges faced by beneficiaries in career guidance, customer service, and user experience. It aims to improve the quality and efficiency of programs by utilizing emerging and modern technologies to find innovative and sustainable digital solutions.
Three creative digital ideas won in the various hackathon tracks: the idea "Compass" in the career guidance track, "Discover Yourself" in the user experience track, and "Assistant" in the customer service track.
