The Human Resources Development Fund has called on beneficiaries of the Unified National Employment Platform (Jadarat) not to share their data or personal information with any unknown accounts. HRDF emphasized the importance of not engaging or responding to any accounts or entities requesting financial amounts in exchange for accessing any services on the platform. 
HRDF explained that, in order to protect customer and beneficiary data, the official WhatsApp channel for customer service has been verified. It again urged beneficiaries to contact securely and reliably via the official WhatsApp channel at the number 8001222030, or by calling the same number, or through the official "Jadarat" account on the X platform @Jadarat_sa or the customer service account @Jadaratcare.
